1) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. No bots, scraping, or resale of access.

2) Verification and safety

• Email or phone verification is required. Identity verification may be offered as an optional trust feature.
• We use admin review, moderation tools, and security controls to reduce spam, fraud, and policy abuse.
• We do not promise criminal background screening. Use caution and follow the Community Guidelines.

3) Privacy and photo policy

• Photos may be private, approved-only, public-to-matches, or public depending on user settings and moderation state.
• Private photo access may require a granted request or another permitted connection path before photos become visible.
• We process personal data according to the Privacy Policy. Deletion and broader privacy requests may require contacting support where a self-serve tool is not yet available.
• We use secure storage and internal moderation workflows to host and review photos for policy compliance.

4) Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, defraud, or exploit other users.
• Share explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity or intentions, or create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, or try to bypass product protections.
• Use the Service to support unlawful activity.

5) Matching and messaging

• Browsing may show limited profile-card information such as name, age, city, country, and relationship type.
• Messaging does not open for every profile automatically. It becomes available after an approved connection path such as accepted interest, an active match, or granted photo access.
• Photo visibility and messaging availability are governed by privacy settings, access decisions, and system rules.
• Where reporting or moderation controls are shown in the app, you may use them. You may also contact support for safety issues.
• Matching suggestions are algorithmic and provided as-is. We do not guarantee a particular outcome.

6) Content and intellectual property

• You own the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it only to operate the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms, policy, or law.

7) Payments and premium

Some features may be offered as paid upgrades in the future. If paid features are introduced, pricing and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout.

8) Local law compliance

• You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws that apply to your relationships and communications.
• The Service does not provide legal advice or marriage services.
• Do not use the Service to solicit or facilitate unlawful arrangements.

9) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Where the law allows it, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, during the 12 months before the claim.

10) Termination

You may request account deletion or account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Service.
